Following a lavish refurbishment of the Wombwell restaurant, MrAli, Amir and their partners wish to share their story and vision for high quality food with you.It was a joumey that started in 1983 when MrAli began developing his unique culinary skills in one of his Wakefield enterprises. Following the build up of a loyal customer clientele, it was clear that such delicious and quality Asian cuisine needed more outlets. Further restaurants were opened in Pontefract and Wakefield before the team moved into South Yorkshire. Here the concept of the Balti Palace was forged.
The Balti Palace is much more than just a unique eating experience in modem, sophisticated surroundings. A choice of three restaurants in Darton, Wombwell and Denaby; experienced chefs cooking a balance of traditional and modern dishes; regular offers and mid-week alternatives to tempt you; a team of young, friendly and expertly trained waiters; free delivery of meals within the local area; a competitive taxi service within a four mile radius of any of the restaurants; private parties catered for and a free function room available at Wombwell and Denaby; off-site catering by arrangement. Mr Ali has now ventured into Doncaster due to the demand for his cuisine where he is catering for a new, more distant customer demand that has heard of the success story!
